  Ordered a girl's bike there for my daughter, received confirmation mail with order number and paid the amount to their bank account the day after. After no word for one week about the delivery I contacted them and was told the bike was no longer in stock (one month later it's still on their site though!!). I then asked for a refund, which they said they would take care of. After three weeks there is still no refund in sight. Will certainly never consider them again. It appears they have no good order management system for their e-business, as I received a confirmation email with order number for an out-of-stock item and they have so far never given me info up-front, I always had to ask first.

  Awful terrible service. I spent over $600 on a bike that was delivered to the wrong place. They then bought it - some days later - to the correct address, and it was damaged - the back tyre is flat, will not pump. They refused to collect this and repair it, but told me I must bring it in to the shop from Amsterdam - on the train. They would also not pay for the journey. Very rude, arrogent and unhelpful. They also ignored all my emails, so I had to call the expensive helpline. AVOID!!!!
